Thyroid Labs - Unclear

I've been on my trt journey for several months now and I recently had thyroid labs done, since I was only experiencing minimal improvements with TRT. I will have my follow up with Defy in a week or so, but I'm wondering if anybody can provide insight on what I'm looking at. After reviewing the stickies on thyroid labs, I'm not clear what my labs indicate.

Labs: 1/8
T4 free: 1.08. (.82-1.77) ng/dL
TSH: 2.11. (.450-4.5) uiU/ml
Reverse T3: 9.8 (9.2-24.1) ng/dL
Thyroglobulin antibody: <1 (0.0-0.9) iu/mL
TPO <9 (0-34) IU/mL
Free T3: 4.2 (2.0-4.4) pg/mL

Thank you.

Some might argue TSH is marginally high, and free T4 a tad low, but to me, looks like these numbers couldn't be much better. If you are having symptoms, perhaps pursue it, but if no symptoms, leave it alone.

I don't see a thyroid problem here and I don't think the low fT4 is indicating a problem for the fact fT3 is really good.

My thyroid labs are similar, fT4 is at the bottom of the ranges while T3 is over 100+, Total T4 is at the top of the ranges and the only difference is TSH very low at .45.
