OK, thanks for posting. The FT4 and FT3 labs don't look too bad, FT3 actually being a tad below 50% of the ref. range. However, the antibodies as you know can have flair ups, and infrequent attacks. The TPO anitbodies will attack the enzymes of the thyroid. It's important that you get with a physician that will get this correctly diagnosed, and know how to treat it.
You can treat autoimmune hypothyroidism with NDTs, like Armour, but it's crucial to ramp the dosage up correctly. Supplementing the correct amount of selenium and iodine can help considerably as well, but again, needing guidance with the right physician.
If you can get a Reverse T3 lab, it would be good to see before treating your condition. Keep us posted ...
