The benefits of inositol-stabilized arginine silicate as a workout ingredient (Nitrosigine)

I have read a lot of what sounded like "bro science" about this supplement but a Google search turned up this study in PubMed. Not a big study with N=16, but it made me curious enough to order a bottle from Amazon.

Has anyone used this and if so, what were your results?
 
I'd be interested in hearing what you think of it though I think I take enough Arg/Citr/Ornithine that there's not much room for improvement.
 
I will get the bottle Saturday and I will post again after using it for a week and let everybody know if I notice anything from it.
