Testosterone levels(periodic level test)

I have a few basic questions.
I am taking my shots on Sunday morning and Wednesday evening, every 3.5 days. When should i get levels checked periodically,on Wednesday mornings,i guess that would be considered my trough sense i inject every 3.5 days.
Next question is if I inject on Sunday morning only what way day does my levels really start to really drop off, thur,Friday, sat, sun or longer.
Thanks

Id do as late on a Wed as your labs allows, for instance mine closes at 4pm. Since you shoot Wed night, try it as late as you can.

For the same reason don't sched your shots on a weekend. Shoot on Mon, if you have to go to once per week, and then test Mon AM first thing. SHBG will determine A LOT to how your levels drop and how much, can be very hard to predict though.

You're DR is right though, if you're breaking the upper lab range at your trough a dose reduction may be in order. You could argue based on your Free T against the dose reduction but 99% of Dr's use the Total.

Any chance you could change your injection schedule, Monday morning and Thursday evening. For me it's easier to do Labs on Monday morning before I inject.

Definitely can,I administer my own shots,i didn’t think about doing that but i might change to tues and fri sense im off on fridays and wouldn’t have to take off.

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
