Test levels 1800+ on replacement dose. How?

I'm a 28 year old guy on TRT (using Empower pharmacy). I just had some labs done in September '18:
- Total testosterone levels were 1850 ng/dl (High)
- Free testosterone levels 627.3 pg/ml (High)
- SHBG was 19.3 nmol/L (low end of normal)
- Estradiol (non-sensitive) was 21.7 pg/ml (low end of normal)
- Hematocrit was 48.3% (high end of normal)
- Hemoglobin was 15.7 g/dl (high end of normal)

My current schedule is:
- 70mg of Test Cyp every Monday am and Thursday pm
- 0.50 mg Anastrozole every Monday am and Thursday pm
- 250iu HCG Sunday am and Wednesday pm

Please note that on the same TRT schedule (minus the arimidex and filling through Walgreens), my labs done in June '18 produced the following numbers (they were not as comprehensive as above):

- Testosterone total was 684 ng/dl (obviously way lower; I was happy with this number)
- Estradiol (sensitive) - 58 pg/ml (I added arimidex after this lab)
- Hematocrit 48.3% (no change)
- Hemoglobin 15.8 g/dL (no change)

I get everything from Empower pharmacy. The testosterone cypionate is 200mg/ml, so on injection day, I fill an insulin syrine to the 35 mark, which should be 70mg. However, I was using Walgreens when I had my June labs done.

How are my numbers possible?

I have three theories:
1. The dosing in my current Testosterone Cypionate vials is way off. This seems the most logical choice.
2. The lab results were messed up. I don't know how that would be possible because it even says they checked it twice on the report.
3. I was on Bactrim for a sinus infection at the time of testing -- perhaps that messed with the lab numbers?

Any theories or advice on this? I meet with my doctor next week, and he's going to think I'm cycling steroids or something.

Are you taking other medications and supplements now that you were not taking in June?

DId you have your blood drawn each time right before you were due for the next injection, in the trough?

Yes. Blood draw was Thursday around noon, and I injected at 6pm that same day. I wouldn’t expect a peak of 1800+ on the dosage I’m on. Something in the lines of 1000-1200 seems more reasonable.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
