Testosterone dose and blood level calculator

Does anyone have the link to the calculator that you would input your dose and it would plot the daily release and build up over the course of the week/weeks. Basically presented you with that sawtooth patten graph.

Nelson, is there a better calculator out there that you know of that shows the peaks and valleys better where they aren’t as sharp like the one you posted a picture of?

These calculators aren't as bad as you might think. The valleys in serum testosterone usually are pretty sharp due to relatively fast rises after injections. The peaks are likely more rounded, but this is probably only obvious on a fairly short time scale, on the order of hours. When you're looking at a scale of days they will still appear to be pretty sharp. For example, here's a figure from some work by Behre and Nieschlag:
