So, I have a what seems like a lump on the bottom of my testilcle...apears to be the tail of the epididymis. Some what movable. I have a ultrasound scheduled....Has anyone had one and what to expect?

A testicular ultrasound is awkward, but not painful.

I was led to the ultrasound room and given a hospital gown and a hand towel. I changed into the gown and sat on the table as instructed. I was instructed to lay my p*nis up toward my stomach and cover it with the hand towel. The tech came back in and applied gel to the ultrasound wand, then moved the wand around on my scrotum. At times, I was told to hold my breath and bear down. The whole event took 30 to 45 minutes. When it was over, I was left alone to wipe the gel off my sack and put my clothes back on.

I hope everything goes good and you get good results.
