Test result South Africa vs USA

Hi,

Started with 5% Testosterone gel a couple of month ago. My total testosterone level was 19,55 (normal 9,9-27,8) and my free was 235 (normal 174-729). I live in Cape Town and had the test done here. How do I convert the result to easier understand levels when reading ur posts.
