What's the take on tanning from some of the leaders in the anti-aging spectrum with regards to VitD benefits (if any) and risks associated with tanning? I know Dr. Mercola used to sell what he called "Vitamin D Beds".

I would just have my D levels checked and supplement with D3 is needed.
