Which supplements in particular?I've been reading on taking supplements using suppositories. So I'm wondering if any members are using this method and what results they're having.
ah ok. Melatonin usually works sublingually for me. I do half of the 10 mg or something like that when I go home after a night shift.I was just reading book and The author said orally only about two and a half percent of some supplements are absorbed but using suppositories, it's 82% absorbed. He was actually talking about melatonin.
