Suffering from premature ejaculation

I am experiencing PE. Has anyone over come this? I am trying to figure out if it's from too high estrogen levels and maybe that follows higher prolactin? I haven't done labs in a while so am not sure where prolactin or estradiol at. My protocol is 100mg of norandrolone and 200 mg of test cyp.

My money is on the norandrolone causing the premature ejeculation, via inhibiting DHT which is needed for erectile function/maintenance of sexual functions.
