Hey folks. I need a little help from folks like y’all that are much smarter than me. Has anyone actually had success lowering HCT while maintaining same T levels and not donating blood? How did you do it?
Thanks.
Donating will lower it by about 10%, but you’ll be back to square 1 in a month. If you’re sensitive to HTC increase nothing helps. But also no proof high HTC due to testosterone increase has any actual side effects. Testosterone dilated blood vessels via nitric oxide increase and hence negating the “thickening” of blood.
