Guys,

I've recently switched from IM injections to Sub Q. My reasoning for the change is to better manage my E2 levels. I've noticed that my energy levels have gone down somewhat and I'm just not feeling the same as IM injections. Is this fairly common? I'm currently taking 300mg per week of Test Cyp. 1 150mg pin on Sun and 1 150mg pin on Wed.

Thanks for your feedback.

That is certainly a significant weekly dose of testosterone. What are your levels, test and E2? How long have you been on the subQ protocol? Has enough time passed for you to have stable serum levels in order to run some labs?

300 mg per week is not a therapeutic TRT dose, did your doc prescribe that? Anyways my TT have been slightLY OVER 1000 using 120mg per week sub Q and in the delts

I stay around 1200 with E2 between 20-30. I'm a hyperecreter of Test. I get labs every 3 months with excellent values. My protocol is not up for debate rather feedback from others in the varied injection protocol.

Thanks

I wasn't debating your protocol. I made an observation on your dose - that it was significant, without comment, and then posed some other questions to better understand your situation; it's all of a piece. I have noticed changes, that always stabilized, whenever I made any change in protocol (dose, frequency, injection method). In my own case, these always resolved positively within four to six weeks as serum levels balanced. When I went from deep IM to subQ, I was aware my e2 was dropping (one of the goals I had), but all the "positive" aspects of TRT diminished. At the six-week mark I had labs confirming where I wanted everything to be and felt great. It was clear that my body made adjustments. It took time.
