Stinging Nettle for high SHBG

Hi all, I was told that the herb stinging nettle can lower SHBG. Was prescribed 500 mg by my defy doctor. Has anybody on here had any luck with this herb or is it just another one of those things that claim to work but dosnt?

I am curious to hear the responses too, as I have high SHBG.

Yeppers... Let me know if it works also. My SHBG is higher than a kite
BTY I am trying a tincture of stinging nettle from Hawaii Farm the last 3 or 4 weeks.
Will see on my next SHBG test if any impact.
