Starting TRT before HCG

I was HCG in addition to TRT to preserve fertility since I want to have kids some day.

So everything came in except for the needles for the HCG. From what I understand the HCG requires shorter needles and I do not want to risk using the TRT needles and going in too deep since the TRT is intramuscular and HCG is subcutaneous.

The TRT needles I received are 1" long, 25g and 20g.

The HCG needles should arrive within the next week, possibly wednesday so I will assume by the third or fourth TRT injection the HCG needles will be here. Will I lose fertility?

You're not guaranteed to lose fertility simply by being on TRT without HCG, lots of guys are having kids without the need for HCG. Some do require HCG to maintain fertility.

You're understandably anxious, so why not simply wait until you have received all the elements you need to initiate a protocol that all of us want to succeed? It's only a few more days - it will allow your mind to be at peace.

All the best.

A lot of people here inject HCG and Testosterone together at the same time in one syringe.. Nelson has a video on it. It works great and does not matter if it's IM. I used to do separate shots but I thought about it and figured if it works then why would anyone want extra shots?

I use Easy Touch 29g 1/2" syringes for both HCG and T, nice shallow IM injection. I've never found a reason to use a longer needle.

As Vince said, I use 29g 1/2" for T as well but syringes are dirt cheap, 100 31 guage 5/16" syringes will run about 12 bucks at CVS or Walgreens.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
