I started TRT, The doctor put me on 100 mgs of testosterone enthanate once a week injections. I'm a pretty healthy athletic guy so i felt it right away within a couple days. I injected wed around 5pm. By friday i felt so awesome. Just a complete grounded feeling and positive outlook. I got things done i've been procastinating for months, and workouts were great. Then mon, tues i felt like a was crashing. Work was giving me anxiety, and i almost felt worse dealing with stress then without trt. I injected again wed around the same time. It's thursday night, and i'm starting to feel really good again. Could it be i need a higher dose, or should i split it up to twice a week. I'm not supposed to retest my blood for another 4 weeks, but dread crashing at work again on monday cuz my job is pretty demanding. I really don't mind the idea of twice a week injections cuz the needles don't bother me at all. Should i call my doctor now, or give it time. Are my hormones just adjusting? Any suggestions would be great. Thanks. My testosterone before i started with just under 300, and estradiol was naturally really low 12.5 pg/ml Prob too low

Not that uncommon event with some men who inject weekly. Some metabolize a bit faster than others so splitting your injections into twice weekly will get rid of the peak and valley you are feeling...plus it's just better anyway for a lot of reasons not discounting lower E2 levels.

Docs who are well trained in TRT won't have a problem with twice weekly injections.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
