The sterile Sol-Care™ insulin safety syringe with fixed needles differs from the standard insulin syringes by its manually retractable needle and removable plunger after injection. Compatible with a hypodermic needle, there is visible and audible confirmation when safety mechanisms are activated. Available in two needle lengths and three gauges by pack or by case.

The Sol-Care™ Safety Syringe is a manually retractable safety insulin syringe. It is designed to prevent needlestick injuries and syringe reuse by retracting the needle into the barrel and snapping off the plunger after injection.

Features:

- Easy to use
- Fingers remain behind the needle during activation of safety mechanism
- Clear and bold scale markings
- Visual and audible confirmation of safety mechanism activation
- Compatible with all standard hypodermic needles
- Fixed needle

Looks like very good quality! On their website but could not find .3cc 1/2in. Do you use them MM?
I live in Canada if they were cheaper I would give it a go.

Will stick with my beloved .5mL (50 unit) BD 28G x 1/2" LDS insulin syringes.

You could give the .5 mL (50 units) 28-30G x 1/2" or 30G x 5/16" a go.
