Sildenafil and Priapism

Anyone experienced priapism while taking Sildenafil? Wondering if it's really as rare as some say it is.. thanks

It is very rare - with Viagra or its cousins. I can't recall a case here on EM, and my urologist once said he'd only seen one case (when a man took 90mg of Cialis before a party). Trimix presents a greater risk, but one that can be managed.

Thanks cw. sounds like I don't have to worry. I've been taking manly 100mg. Works well and goes down when it needs to, just worry about the day it doesn't go down. Maybe I should get some benedryl or psueophedrine to have on hand for peace of mind.

I take five milligrams of Cialis every day, for erectile support and for the other emerging benefits it brings. No issues or problems.

I only personally know one man that got priapism from taking Sildenafil. He was only in his twenties and no ED issues, was experimenting with it.
