Safe amount of sudafed for priapism

I have seen on a sticky thread in here that 2 30mg tabs should be taken, 60mg total. And there are other sites that say to take 4 30mg tabs. Is it unsafe to take all 4? I would want to kill the priapism immediately so would lean towards taking 4, but not if it's unsafe. Bought some sudafed (psuedophedrine hcl 30mg) at the pharmacy today. I'm only taking sildenafil which I hear is less common with priapism, but Just want to be prepared if it ever happens. Thanks

Four tablets for this rare occurrence is just fine. I, again, add that priapism when taking Viagra, Cialis, Levitra is very uncommon if used appropriately.
