Should I fast before bloodwork for free and total?
This time the nurse told me to fast before I go get blood test, never has before.
Test isn't till 3pm haven't ate since 5pm last nite.

I always fast for all of my labs. I don't know if it's completely necessary but that's what I do.

I always try to do my labs on Monday morning. I find it that it's the easiest time for me to fast and then to do labs.

I do my weekly shot on Thurs., so will do blood before shot.
So you inject on Thursday evening. If I injected on Thursday evening, I would probably do Labs on Thursday morning. Wouldn't it be easier just to inject in the morning.
