Beside CBT etc,, could Propranonlol be a on demand drug for sexual performance anxiety? Its seems to work for other type of performance anxieties. Any one could share any experience or tips of other legal drugs beside Viagra etc,,,?

I also use sometimes Xanax but I don´t want to get used to it too much therefor I was considering Propranonlol.

Perhaps you can tackle this issue from a psychological perspective before you revert to drugs or anything.

I used to have some anxiety prior to having sex back in the days and the most efficient and natural cure I managed to find was just getting more experienced at making love lol.

Same for me. I met an older woman and she was very patient and I became very good at it. I have been married for 32 years to a woman 2 years younger. Sex was great, and when it became difficult I got pde5s around 48 and at 62 got on TRT. The combination of pde5s and testosterone level at 1000 or so are giving me the best sex of my life. Of course, having a very fit wife that I am attracted to also helps.

I agree with Vanbooring. Get healthy, get a nonjudgmental partner, build a relationship and the sex will follow. My wife and I think of sex as a team effort. Having fun enjoying your sexuality and your partner is key. If a guy is having strong or even sufficient nocturnal erections is a strong indicator that it is anxiety.

Yes. Foreplay, that is flirting, is a constant part of how I interact with my wife. Now that we are empty nesters and our boys are adults, we are enjoying this part of my relationship. A woman needs to feel desired by her man, regardless of age. Fortunately, I really find my wife attractive and actually do want her. The way I look at it is that I have a beautiful woman that will do virtually any sexual favor or fantasy I desire up to 4 times per week. If that’s not hot, then what is?

Do NOT use Propranonlol prior to sex. You will be disappointed & frustrated. I take Propranonlol for essential tremors and have learned that I cannot take it on days that I expect to have sex. It is an erection killer for me and for a lot of guys.

I will tell you it works great for anxiety though. At least for me better than Xanax.

Don't be too quick to pass off her low libido on her masturbation habits. From my own (female) experience, I don't agree that it lowers libido. If anything, it increases mine because it brings sex to the mind a lot more. I've heard good things about Maca root and Ashwaganda for boosting female libido. I've personally tried them and didn't see any discernible results, but may be worth a shot.
