"The enzymatic efficiency of the conversion of DHT to androstanediol increased 163-fold when the enzyme was incubated with fluoxetine and 63-fold with paroxetine but did not change substantially with imipramine. "

Couldn't find follow-up research. Other SSRIs might have the same effect.
I assume that TRT and even DHT cream would not yield more mental drive besides the honeymoon phase.

Proviron, Masteron, Oxandrolone is not (significantly) converted by 3α-HSD.

Tren is converted by 3α-HSD into the more potent Tren-3α-ol.

3α-HSD: 3α-Hydroxysteroid Dehydrogenase

If SSRIs on TRT are still needed and one doesn't notice any of the supposed mental benefits of TRT, I would suggest adding proviron.
