Scream Cream to Increase Sex Drive and Orgasms in Women

The best way to obtain a prescription is to contact the compounding pharmacy and ask them to send you or your doctor an order form, or technically a prescription template. This way all your doctor has to do is check the box and fax it. Most compounding pharmacies will provide prescription templates for specialty compounds like Scream Cream, as long as they make it. Empower Pharmacy makes a lot of great compounds and can supply an order form for your doctor.

If you do not have a doctor you can contact Defy Medical, or a similar clinic, which can provide a prescription for your wife through a doctor consultation over the phone.

Anyone have their wife try this? Does it work? I spoke to a compounding pharmacist and they said their patients had mixed results from no help to over sensitivity.

Thanks. I've looked at the Empower info. I'm just wondering if it works or not. Our local compounding pharmacy can make it for $55. Don't want to waste the $$$ if it's not effective.

Jasen, I contacted Empower about the Scream Cream and asked for a prescription template or order form to be sent to the hormone doctor my wife and I see and they wouldn't do it. The lady told me that he would have to send them a prescription. Also, do you have any patient reviews on how well this product works? Thanks!

Dr. Saya commented on this in another forum Said one lady had an orgasm as she applied it...He wasn't sure if it was the cream or the rubbing...others had no results. It is pretty much different from individual to individual.

Frank- Yes sir, you can ask any of the Defy clinicians for a prescription, but it is very easy to establish your wife as a patient. She can schedule her appointment with the physician or nurse, depending if she is going to be treated with HRT. There are two versions, one containing testosterone and one without testosterone. The inclusion of testosterone is only for women who are being treated by Dr Saya for low testosterone (yes, women have low T too).

The formula really does work for many women. As a pharmacy rep, I spoke with many doctors who prescribed it for treating sexual dysfunction in women. There was positive feedback from almost all physicians. My wife and many of her friends have also used it (and continue to use it) with positive benefits. There are multiple ingredients included in the formula designed to increase blood flow and relax vaginal muscles. Sildenafil is one of the ingredients and is the active ingredient in Viagra.

Although these ingredients help with function, if her testosterone is deficient than her libido will be low. Testing for low testosterone and treating with TRT will help restore libido and will potentiate the effects of the Scream Cream. Just like how Viagra works better in men with normal testosterone levels. Adding a small amount of testosterone to the formula can benefit an androgen deficient women, however physician monitoring is needed to help maintain good physiologic range of testosterone (in balance with her other hormones)

The ingredients in Empower's Scream Cream are as follows. You can click the link above to read more about the effects of this formula and references.

Aminophylline 7.5 mg
Ergoloid Mesylate 0.123 mg
L-Arginine 15mg
Pentoxifylline 12.5mg
Sildenafil Citrate 2.5mg
Testosterone 0.25mg
