I inject testosterone twice weekly: Sunday evening and Thursday morning. If I want to train twice to three times a week with heavy weights and once to twice a week HIIT (bodyweight, rowing, jumping rope), what workout schedule would optimize my results, or doesn't it matter much? During the week I train before work and on the weekends in the afternoon.
