Current protocol is 25mg test prop EOD.
Labs rouhgly 16hrs after injetion.

Items that stand out to me are:

High Cholesterol- This is usually about where my cholesterol sits. No real changes here but still concerns me some.

semi elevated prolactin- Last couple sets of labs have been about this level.

Elevated Ast/Alt- I had just finished a 3rd round of antibiotics for a nasty sinus infection. Never had these numbers elevated before.

Climbing PSA- while still low, This number has tripled in the past 5 years. Cause for concern?

Low Iron/Ferritin- this number concerns me as I do not donate blood. any time this is tested i get roughly these same results. If i had to guess, id say i eat red meat 8 out of 10 meals.

PSA is good whether that has climbed at all its probably not a statistically significant change and you're only @ .6 any way.

PRL can be influenced by any sexual activity in the ~24hrs prior.

with AST/ALT I concur just retest those later.

You didn't complain of anything negative going on with you so I won't delve in to that.

If your Ferritin (and Iron) are dropping you could have an absorption issue in the gut maybe add Vitamin-C to aid absorption and/or an Iron supplement, most have Vit-C added.

Thanks VC, I've really nothing to complain about as far as i feel, other than maybe a flat feeling.

I wouldn't say ferritin and Iron are dropping, but have always been at about that level each test. I tried Iron supplement awhile back and gave me terrible stomach pain. I certainly could add vit C more consistently though.

I was going to ask the same thing Vince mentioned...........how are you feeling/what's going on?
Looks like we replied at about the same time Sean.

Nothing really bad going on, I feel flat most the time. No real ups or downs would be my main complaint at this point i guess.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
