So my test levels, total and free are up. However the E2 looks high and I'm still experiencing a lot of the same symptoms (fatigue, foggy memory, lack of motivation) except now my libido is completely tanked.

I started on iron supplements EOD but they don't seem to have made an impact on my anemia.

Three weeks isn't a long time even though it can feel like it, I wouldn't worry too much at this point clomid takes time and so does hematocrit to raise.

Your E2 is at 31 with the ultra sensitive test, which, while over the 29 they have listed as the top of the range is not a crazy high number. I would not worry unless you have overt high E2 symptoms like sore/itchy nips, etc...

3 weeks is early as Paul-E indicated as well. You can give Defy a call if you have concerns and I am sure they can answer questions, otherwise it is likely to take 4-6 weeks for our body to stabilize on the new protocol.

Good luck and keep us posted!

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
