I have a question - what does one do for fatigue when all of the obvious low-hanging fruit have been explored and ruled out? Say the person is already getting at least 7 hours of sleep, does not have sleep apnea, eats well overall, doesn't drink to excess, smoke, or use recreational drugs, is on a well-managed TRT program, with thyroid supplements, etc...The only advice I have seen so far in that circumstance is to experiment with stimulants like Adderal or drugs for Narcolepsy. Surely "take stimulants" cannot be not the long-term fix?

That does seem to make sense. If we all went to bed soon after sundown and got up after sunrise we'd be getting more sleep for sure (at least most of us).
