reliable rx - lost package

I've been pretty successful with my ReliableRX orders so far, but today the USPS system didn't update for several days, and then showed that the package was delivered and signed for ... but nobody here at my apartment complex recognizes the signature and the regular USPS carrier didn't have any advice for me.

Should I report this to ReliableRX, the USPS or just consider it lost and just buy the stuff again?

I think you may have to consider it a loss, unless the person who received it turns it back to the post office since was not theirs

If someone other than you signed for it Id take it up with Reliable. Normally when I pickup at the my USPS it's ID + they make me write out my address on the touch screen so If they gave it to some one else it's their fault but I don't know what USPS would/can do about it. It's still the sellers resp to make sure that you get it. If some one scribbled your name on it...you're screwed.
