Just purchased a biomax 900 ( 2 of them) looking foward to experimenting safely with this thing.Red Light and NIR Therapy
Does anyone have any experience with this?
If so, what benefits have you seen?
Tucker Carlson had a segment about this on his show.
I have the same one just bought two for full body coverage. look foward to posting and seeing your results here as well!I asked a couple question to PlatinumLED Company about using the Biomax 900, below are question and answers.
Question: When using the BIOMAX 900 how long should each session of treatment last?
Answer:
As a general rule of thumb, we’ve found that 10-20 minutes per day at a distance of around 8”-14” for deep tissue or 18”-24” for superficial skin therapy on bare skin with a max of 2-3 treatment areas per day to be a great average usage guideline for basically all applications. We would suggest starting slower/farther at first and then work your way up to the closer distance/longer exposure once your tolerance to the light has been found.
Question: When using the BIOMAX 900 to increase Testosterone, do you use only Red Light or R+NIR.
Answer:
We would suggest using all lights, all of the time unless you have a specific directive to do otherwise.
It's has science backed peer reviewed , controlled studies. So not taking cues from tour post. Unless you have evidence to.counter it. And yes the sunlight will create a lot of the benefits. Not everyone will take the time to get enough sun and it will burn you. Red light can actually deliver benefits of the sunlight and heal su burn at the same time. BuddyPseudo science at it's best. Red light is already in the solar light, so if it was so healing you can just go to the beach. Also, a regular red light bulb probably outputs more red light power than fancy, overpriced, overhyped red diode panels.
Well said and presented Vince. There is another study from 2020 on Red light increasing alertness in night shift workers. In this new study (April 2022) it is shown that red light therapy(RLT), 1, increases melatonin levels and 2, that it improves memory and 3, that RLT has a higher effect at night.

Here is a relevant quote from the study:
Taken together, the results suggest that red-light therapy can reduce the complications of memory impairment in rats. This study has found that red-light therapy demonstrates higher effect during the period of dark phase compared to light phase.
Interestingly melatonin is suggested to have a similar effect on memory in mice .

Here is a relevant quote from the study :
Melatonin and its metabolites promote long-term memory and protect against cognitive decline in mice.
It makes me wonder if one of the main effects of RLT is its ability to increase melatonin levels and this would also tend to offer one potential reason why RLT had a higher effect at night, when the pineal gland is also secreting melatonin in the brain?
Yeah but most people don't get enough sunlight, especially with their shirt off or on their balls. If you did, then you are likely getting most of the results arleadyPseudo science at it's best. good point, not a lotta free ballers out there in society. For they would be jailed quickly I imagine. lolYeah but most people don't get enough sunlight, especially with their shirt off or on their balls. If you did, then you are likely getting most of the results arleady
Have you really though? What are some examples; pleaseI'm the CEO of KOZE Health. We offer red/NIR panels and other light therapy products. I've seen a positive impact on blood markers, body comp and skin in the past 2.5 years of using. It's the reason we started the company. If you have questions, let me know.

thank you man for your reply. I did go ahead and by the paltinum LED i think it is a good buy. I will check out your KOZE for future wants. Huberman is my trusted source for science based life protocols. I really enjoy his podcasts. If I wrote everything here it would sound too much like a marketing ad. I talk about it in several posts on our Instagram. Red light works directly and indirectly on impacting many blood markers, energy, body comp, etc. Everyone is different. The amount of light someone needs is also different. Our panels are stronger than Joovv and PlatinumLED so we recommend starting out much lower in dosing 8-10 mins per day. But for some, that is even too much. I only do 3 mins per day (1.5 front / 1.5 back). When exposing the front, I let the light shine on the balls as well as the entire front of my body.
One of the cool benefits of red light is its ability to help us synthesize UVB rays into vitamin D. This is why I saw my D levels double after using for 6 months.
I have a link to a database of 4000+ concluding and still active studies on light therapy if anyone is interested.
Also, someone mentioned getting all you need from the sun. This is true. Red and NIR infrared light mimics the same wavelengths found in a sunrise and sunset. By all means, go out and see the sunrise/sunset daily while naked and you will see health benefits. It's not pseudoscience.
BTW - Dr. Huberman uses our KOZE panels. He's mentioned this in his LIVE videos. We have no partnership setup with him as of now.
Not trying to sell anyone anything either. There are several companies out there that have good panels but some are garbage.
