Doc suggested start low dose of armor. Any thoughts? Thanks.

Possibly you're subclinical.
Numbers don't look all that bad, but if you're symptomatic, no reason not try a low dose therapeutic trial and see if your symptoms go away.
What dose was your doc initially suggesting?
1/2 grain once or twice daily?

Needed to see RT3 as if there is a problem there then you can add T4 or T3 and to no avail. Too you can't (or should not) run RT3 in isolation, need to run with those other tests together.

But then you list no symptoms so with that why start treating numbers if there's not a problem?

Been dealing with anxiety, and some mild depression, poor sleep, trouble losing weight, even while diet is solid and regular exercise. Doctor suggested starting out with 1/2 grain is once daily, and possibly going to one full grain per day.

I would have to agree with 1/2 grain of armour. If you're not already I would supplement with low-dose iodine and selenium, for thyroid health.
