Total Testosterone - 454 ng/dl ( 200-800 ng/dl)
Free Testosterone- 62 pg/ml ( 46-224 pg/ml)
SHBG- 64.9 nmoles/L ( 13 nmoles/L- 89nmoles/L)

Would these numbers qualify for TRT?

As I have stated numerous times on the forum most men will do well with the FT 20-30 ng/dL range.
Many have already offered advice.
These questions have been asked and answered multiple times already.

My blood test was done in the evening though around 4pm. How much higher would my numbers be if I would of had them done in the morning? I am not in TRT at the moment

For a 40-year-old, a morning testosterone reading may be 200 points higher then in the evening versus, a 50-point difference for a 70-year-old.

We have addressed this numerous times on the forum.

Blood work needs to be done in the morning between 7-10 am in a fasted state.

Even then would be better to test around 8 am as we always want to test at the peak.

If you lift weights take a week off before getting blood work done.

Again free testosterone needs to be tested using an accurate assay Equilibrium Dialysis or Ultrafiltration (next best), especially in cases of altered SHBG.

Otherwise, you are wasting your time!

Not sure why you keep asking the same questions over and over.

You have been on the forum since 2017.

Why you would even get blood work done at 4 pm is beyond me

Understanding Your Hormones
