Quick question on TRT injection vs blood draw

I'm currently on a 50mg T, .3 units HCG and .25mg Anastrozole, all M-W-F.

I had T and E checked last week and they came back:

Total T 845
Free T 22.7
Estradiol 20.0

I injected my 50mg of T about 6-8 hours before the blood draw. Are my T scores likely to reflect that or does it take longer to raise blood levels?

Also, The two weeks before the blood draw, I took an extra .25mg of Anastrozle on the Wednesday of each week. I know I shouldn't vary from the protocol but Defy felt strongly my Estradiol was high and I felt like crap and was desperate. Is the extra .25 mg of Anastrazole i took each of the preceding weeks likely to have had a significant impact on the E level?

Thanks!

Yeah you're all messed up...never take Anastrozole because you think you feel something. Bad move. Even the best of us can't dose by feeling.
Two, on a M/W/F injection sched you should only be testing on Monday AM, *BEFORE* your injection. Never right after. T Testing is always done right before the injection, in the trough we call it.
