Question on injection days

For those that don't know, I am not yet on treatment, just researching and planning. I do hope to start in the next month or so.

If I do start injections, early mornings during the week are going to work best for me. I'd like to split the injections to twice a week to prevent the ups and downs as well as help control E2. Here is the schedule I'd like to try:

Mon 4am - 250mg hcg
Tues 4am - 50mg testosterone cypionate
Wed - nothing
Thurs 4am - 250mg hcg
Fri 4am - 50mg testosterone cypionate

I know it's not exactly every 3.5 days. But it is pretty close and again will work great for my schedule. I know the easy answer is I'll have to try and adjust. However, how does this sound ok from others experience? Any issues with this as a starting point (based on pre-TRT blood work of course)?

Vince, thank you for the feedback. I've watched that video before, but heard conflicting opinions on mixing oil and water bases in the same syringe. To start out I would rather keep them separate to keep the injection volume down and not cause any "mixing" issues.

You'll be surprised how comfortable you'll become with injections. All the best!

JK, if that works for you then run with it. Like you noted, it isn't exactly 3.5 days, but then again everybody metabolizes a bit differently, and overall it's not a bad plan. Keep us posted on your progress ...

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
