What is the mechanism/cause of the throbbing or pushes ejaculate out?
I always had the throbbing before any symptoms happened, then the no-libido, no morning wood happened and throbbing as well as orgasm sensation disappeared.
More recently I am starting to have the throbbing again, but not every time.
Is this hormonal/mental? Can something like pelvic floor congestion cause it?
