Quest Labs Results Different??

I have been off T for over 120 days now and had Blood work done on 2-26-2018 by my PM using a different hospital collection service. They use Quest for their analysis.
As you can see my total t was at 513 and I was confident that the short run of clomid had worked.

I had blood drawn today, 4-6-2018, by my Urologist and he just called to report that my Total t is at 247-Low.

Has anyone had this happen using Quest??
I am going to redo using Lab Corps immediately as I have always had good luck with them.
This could explain why I'm so achy and grumpy.

Also my TSH is at 2.87 an all time high.
Time to regroup.

so what happened between 513 and 6 apr, this short run of Clomid and this set of labs..what you did or didn't do, take, stopped taking etc etc

Nothing has changed from then until now.
Stopped clomid in January 2018 and blood work at
the end of February.
We' see. It's worth another set of labs
for comparison.

Clomid/restart failure is the answer, I'm not sure a "short run" was gonna work anyway, PCT is more complex and then you could just have restart failure of it's own accord. Just ensure when you're trying to compare things that you're using the same lab time after time...you can't run Quest and the LabCorp as the two aren't going to compare side-by-side like that. You'd like to think that a lab is a lab but it doesn't work that way.

For me, Quest always gave a higher testosterone result than Lab Corp.

Can you give me an idea of the difference between the two...
First time that I have had Quest interpret labs.
I agree with Vince that the clomid failed maybe due to the short run.
I'll use Lab Corp this week and post.

Can You Feel the difference, besides looking at the numbers. Do you feel the same on Clomid as you feel when you're off it.

Outside of my sex drive I feel better off of clomid.
Clomid even at a low dose (12mg) eod makes me feel
a little crappy but it does bump my drive a bit.
Though I am thinking about going back on for a bit after this blood draw.
As badly as I wanted to stay on T I don't think that my hematocrit is going to allow it.
I was giving blood every 8 weeks and it still teeters around 50-51.

When I first started TRT I had to donate blood every 8 weeks for abut two years, then my HCT finally stabilized. The last time I had to donate blood was February 2017.

I haven't donated blood for one year. I started daily injections of testosterone on February 20th 2017, a week away from one year. I had my Wellness exam yesterday and she ran a CBC labs on me, everything was in the good range.

Before I started TRT, my estradiol level was Estradiol <5.1 7.6-42.6, wrong test it wasn't sensitivity test.
