Seminal fluid increase
Helps hair loss
Blocks DHT
Aphrodisiac
Enhances testosterone output
I just started taking it about two weeks ago. 1000 mg once daily. Already noticing an increase in in precum and semen volume and more intense orgasms. Not a huge difference, but notable. Also, when I cum, I shoot further. Again, not a big change, but noticeable. I'm also taking Lecithin 1200 mg once daily, Zinc 25 mg once daily and L-Arginine, 1000 mg once daily. Read that the combination increases precum, semen load, orgasms and prostate health.

16. Conclusion

The use of mucuna (Mucuna pruriens (L.) DC., Fabaceae), long Jack (Eurycoma longifolia Jack, Simaroubaceae), ashwagandha (Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal, Solanaceae), fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graceum L., Fabaceae), and black seed (Nigella sativa L., Ranunculaceae) has been shown to exert promising effects on T and sperm parameters. However, the increases in serum T caused by these compounds, although useful to address fertility, are largely irrelevant towards body composition and/or enhanced sports performance. Thus far, tribulus (Tribulus terrestris L., Zygophyllaceae) and maca (Lepidium meyenii Walp, Brassicaceae) remain unsubstantiated T boosters contingent to the dose tested. Tribulus administration can provide favorable effects on sperm parameters in men with idiopathic infertility. For prostate support, the use of saw palmetto (Serenoa repens, (W.Bartram) Small, Arecaceae) is controversial, whereas, the use of Pygeum africanum Hook.f., Rosaceae, Urtica dioica L., Urticaceae, and nutraceutical agents such as beta-sitosterols, pollen extract, and some food items (e.g. onion, garlic, and tomato) confers propitious clinical value. Upper dose limits of phytotherapeutics widely used for male health are unknown and warrant further toxicology studies, as the ascertainment of higher doses is needed, especially in individuals with low T levels, to clarify findings of previous studies and inform recommended dosage guidelines.

Good to know ordered my today
Need to clarify something on the Pygeum I take. It is Swanson brand from Amazon. Each capsule contains 500 mg of Pygeum, however only 100 mg of it is extract, the other 400 mg is the bark. From what I have read, it's the extract that provides the benefit, the bark, not so much. That being said, I take two capsules a day, for a total of 200 mg of the extract. Hope that makes sense.

These purported effects form two contradictory groups. Blocking DHT can help hair loss (like Finasteride) but is contradictory to 'enhancing testosterone output, aphrodisiac, seminal fluid increase'. This is a telling sign of a 'snake oil'.

I take Pygyeum with L-Citrulline (powder) and pycnogenol.

along with prescribed (or doc recommended) Vit D, DHEA, 2.5 Cialis.

I have tried every single internet recipe and rumor I could find regarding getting it bigger, harder, and making more cum. After much experimenting I am pretty confident that Pygyeum with L-Citrulline (powder) and pycnogenol works best for me and has been daily for over a year now.

The Pygeum makes me precum like a faucet when I am turned on (like seriously wet, weird but wife loves it), and the L-Citrulline and pycnogenol keeps it more of a "shower" than "grower" if you know what I mean along with other nice side effects like more vascular looking pretty much everywhere else and workouts feel better. I suspect I could even remove the Cialis while taking the latter two, it is that good for me. YMMV

Drop the Pygyeum and see if your target results change. You are on 6 different compounds and cannot separate which is causing what.

I've been reading alot about L-Citruline. Going to have to check that out.

Me?

Although I'm not the OP nor trying to start an argument with you, I assure you I am quite dialed in, know exactly what each component does to me, individually as well as together, and am quite pleased with the results of the combination and levels each I am taking. Thanks though. Just sharing my results in effort to answer OP's question. Now, as far as taking medical advice from internet forums and googles:

The Vit D, Cialis, and DHEA were prescribed/recommended by my Defy Doc (also on HRT).

The supplements L-Citrulline (powder) and pycnogenol are pretty well documented when taken together for helping with ED and generally just being a good nitric-oxide-boosting mixture but some info can be found HERE (Treatment of erectile dysfunction with pycnogenol and L-arginine - PubMed) - I did replace the terrible awful nasty L-Arginine for L-Citrulline which I read has a similar function but not only tastes better but also is better tolerated. (no resource for the latter statement) As stated above - these two supplements work together to keep me semi hard most of the day and make it incredibly easy to go from there to full hard.

The Pygeum has some sort of interaction with the cowpers gland (learn what that is HERE A neglected gland: a review of Cowper's gland - PubMed) but I am also lacking a resource for the mechanics of the interaction. As stated above when I take this I produce precum - I am not a producer of precum normally, never have been.

Not recommending anyone take these or suggesting they might see results from these if taken. Not a doctor, do not play one on tv, and didn't stay at a Holiday Inn last night.

Sounds like it's working great for you!

This thread is about increasing sperm quantity with Pygeum. Leaking liquid before ejaculation does not mean that you started producing more sperm or more precum due to Pygeum. It may simply mean that the urethra sphincter is relaxed prematurely. That effect is commonly seen for example when someone takes amphetamines and sperms just flows out without orgasm.

So again, if you want to separate effects from fan fiction, drop the Pygeum and see if anything changes.

Just curious which were you taking first the supplements or the cialis just wondering if the fullness comes from the cialis or the supplements of the combination of all three ?

Fullness comes from the supplements. For me the Cialis has worked well but as intended by itself to obtain and keep an erection during sexual activity. Cialis does nothing to my bits unless I am aroused. The Pycnogenol and L-citrulline combo by itself keeps my bits thicker and me more vascular looking in general. I find all three combined complement each other well.
