Protocol change and now lack of penile sensitivity

As title says, I changed my protocol about 4 weeks ago. I have been everyday since mid August. Started at 10 mg daily. After my meeting with dr calkin four weeks ago, he upped it to 16 mg.
Prior to changing dose my total t was mid 500, free t was 2.6 and sensitive E2 was 22.
My E2for years has been 16-18. Dhea and hcg raised it to over 32. I came off all that stuff mid summer, now just test cyp. During my meeting with dr calkins, we discussed that sometimes i can not finish during sex. Usually during mid week evening session. I am 55 and rise at 4:30 and dont make it home til 6-7. Which is why i think i have trouble with orgasm. He wants my E2 to be closer to 27, he thinks that will solve my problem
Fast forward to last several days, i take my 50 mg of viagra 2-3 hours prior and away we go, but i can not orgasm. Erection is rock hard due to viagra, wife gets wore out and asks to stop. I have noticed my nipples being somewhat erect even when not cold.
While i would normally just run a blood test and make adjustments based on that, we leave in 10days for 10days in cancun, where we typically act like teenagers and screw like wild banshees. While my wife may enjoy this predicament, lol, i woild like to get off as well.
So in anybody’s opinion, is this possibly due to high E2? Should i back off for a few days to let E2 subside prior to restarting at a lower dose, the one i used before?
I know we are not dr’s, but we are quite experienced here

You haven't reach a stable state until 6 weeks, everyone goes through this for 6 weeks as levels fluctuate.

Change your dosage now and it's another 6 weeks until you testosterone and estrogen levels reach a stable state.

Whatever protocol you felt best at, that's the one I would use. I would think Dr. Calkins would agree. There's nothing more enjoyable than a quickie, especially if your mate likes want to.

Ive been there, can't orgasm no matter what you do, lack of sensation. It was a time for me, that my E was too high, was a very prevalent "symptom", if you will. Is better but not fully resolved with my E being MUCH lower now.
