Premixed HCG??

My Dr uses a local compounding pharmacy that makes premixed HCG. Should I be concerned about this. Every time I see an instructional video or info about HCG online, it has always been in powder form where you have to mix it. The local compounding pharmacy has a good reputation and supposedly prescribes the premixed form out of convenience for their patients. What say you guys?

I once received a premixed vial. I had no choice but to use it, and it seemed fine, but I definitely prefer the unmixed kind. The reason is that it's been said that shaking up HCG liquid makes it lose potency, so shipping an already mixed bottle would seem a bad idea given that info. Does anyone know if this is actually true?

The compounding pharm makes the HCG locally so it's not like it's being shipped from out of state. It's made in the same city I live in and picked up at the pharmacy by locals. I just don't know about premixed HCG.

If that's the case, then I don't see any problems with it. But maybe someone smarter than be about this topic can chime in.

Pre-mixed would need to be kept refrigerated just like when you mix your own at home and keep refrigerated, so I guess the one question would be, does your pharmacy keep it at that temperature, or just keep on the shelf at room temperature. I mean, a day or so at room temp is not going to ruin it, but the ideal situation is for it to be kept cool from the time it is mixed until it is used up.

At the end of the day, you are the patient and the one paying for this. You should be able to ask your doctor for a prescription that can be taken to another pharmacy. I am sure the compounding pharmacy you are dealing with includes a charge for the premixing.

I guess the point of asking the question is generally what is the consensus on premixed from a compounding pharm vs the traditional powdered form that you have to mix.

I'm pretty sure that it was Dr Crisler or Saya that said that the hcg that you inject at the end of your vial is not the same as what you inject when its first reconstituted. Hcg degrades and is a fragile peptide. I wouldn't want anything that was premixed. Once it's reconstituted, the days start counting down to how less potent it is

I have been using premade hcg from my local compounding pharmacy and they also throw in P5P into it. My testicles are plump and I haven't had any issues with it so far.

Thanks for all the responses. I think I'm going to go talk to the guys at the local compounding pharmacy. Any pointers on questions to ask them?
