Ive done 25mg dhea + 25 mg preg, and it worked some. I felt i really needed 50mg preg to get a good effect, but my skin gets super dry. its really strange as its suppose to help skin.

But yesterday i did 100mg.. and wow, great energy and clarity. felt great all day and woke up the next day with soft skin and younger looking in the face.

I even had a night release for the increase in test. It usually takes me 1-2 weeks to get any sexdrive at all after im stopping caffine and kratom. But this happend on day 1 instead of day 10. I practice semen retention for increase in energy and night release always comes 2-3 weeks of SR, and when having binge eating days with caffine n kratom my sexdrive is DONE for 1-2 weeks, and takes 1-2 weeks after that to get a release during the night

Yet.. day 1 post caffine n kratom i had the release, weres without preg i noticed kratom almost make you impotent (common side of opiates). So i realized i really gotta make preg work, this stuff is super potent

Now to the issue. My gyno came back, so some of the convertion to test also became estrogen. But this convertion will become much less after all the shitty food/caffine/kratom is detoxed and the liver can flush out excess estrogen.

Yet, i tought borax/boron gotta could be insaine to combine with this.. if preg increases test that well, using boron to raise free test and lower the estrogen from preg.. wow

Will try this tomorrow.

Im also gonna do a detox, got mold/parasites/SIBO so going to use Borax, wich contains 10% boron. Recomend reading the borax conspiracy PDF, regarding the cure for arthrisis. borax decalcefie your joints and detoxes you from every virus n every mold and every parasite. extremly potent

Looking at getting 20-50mg boron per day (200-500mg borax)

Anyone else wanna try this combo?

Conclusions

Boron has been proven to be an important trace mineral because it (1) is essential for the growth and maintenance of bone; (2) greatly improves wound healing; (3) beneficially impacts the body’s use of estrogen, testosterone, and vitamin D; (4) boosts magnesium absorption; (5) reduces levels of inflammatory biomarkers, such as hs-CRP and TNF-α; (6) raises levels of antioxidant enzymes, such as SOD, catalase, and glutathione peroxidase; (7) protects against pesticide-induced oxidative stress and heavy-metal toxicity; (8) improves brain electrical activity, cognitive performance, and short-term memory in elders; (9) influences the formation and activity of key biomolecules, such as SAM-e and NAD+; (10) has demonstrated preventive and therapeutic effects in a number of cancers, such as prostate, cervical, and lung cancers and multiple and non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma; and (11) may help ameliorate the adverse effects of traditional chemotherapeutic agents. Americans’ daily dietary intake of boron was estimated to be approximately 1 mg/d in 1999.
In none of the numerous studies conducted to date, however, do boron’s beneficial effects appear at intakes of less than 3 mg/d. No EARs or DRIs have been set for boron; only a UL of 20 mg/d for individuals aged 18 years or older. The absence of studies showing harm in conjunction with the substantial number of articles showing benefits support the consideration of boron supplementation of 3 mg/d for any individual who is consuming a diet low in fruits and vegetables or who is at risk for or has osteopenia; osteoporosis; OA; or breast, prostate, or lung cancer.

Amazing how little info there is about boron. I came up with that same article about it being boring. I took it a few times in the past and definitely felt a little agitated. I'm trying it again as hand arthritis is really prevalent lately. Thanks as always Vince.

Tell me if I'm mistaken, but I thought I saw accounts of boron lowering e2 and also accounts of boron raising e2? Just started taking it again for arthritis and feels like dht may be up. Wouldn't raising dht maybe lower e2?
