With Ephedrine HCL no longer available what are you guys using for a pre workout boost to increase workout intensity on the days you drag yourself to the gym?

For increasing energy, stamina, pump, strength and enhanced recovery my go to stack would be EAA (essential amino acid) powder 10 grams, CM (creatine monohydrate) 3-5 grams, L-carnitine L-tartrate 1 gram, beta-alanine 3 grams and L-citrulline 3 grams!

L-Carnitine l-tartrate (Carnipure) is great for a clean energy boost.

Most effective dose would be 2-3 grams daily.



 
I find that a nap before my workouts is helpful. I also lift using a protocol that does not require or benefit from max-effort reps. A spoonful of ketones helps as well. I would be wary of any stimulant-laden products as they can create a cortisol response which is generally counter-productive. I train in the evenings so I also don't want anything that will disrupt my sleep.
