Pre TRT Lab Results and Questions

I just got my test results from LabCorp. Wondering why my total T level is so low but free T is in the low/normal range. Also, what do the very high DHEA and IGF-1 numbers mean? I still need to get a physical before I can set up a phone consultation with a doctor at Defy Medical.

Regarding the DHEA Sulfate you may have adrenal hyperplasia, your adrenal glands are overactive which causes sex hormones to get out of balance and often leads to infertility. Elevated IGF-1 can lead to serious health problems (advanced aging/cancer), excess growth hormone is usually produced by a tumor of the pituitary gland.
