I just got some new lab results and would be interested in hearing some thoughts on the numbers. My overall experience with TRT has been mediocre at best. It's enough to keep me from feeling like death warmed over (been there when T was extremely low) but I'm still tired all the time, have a ton of mental fog and mostly little or no libido. Every once in a great while, I'll feel like a teenager and am not sure I can hold it until my wife is available. Unfortunately, these are few and far between.
My protocol for at least 2 months, maybe more:
50mg Test Cyp M-W-F
.25 mg Anastrazole M-W-F
i have low SHBG and tend to run really high on E2 so I occasionally add an extra dose of Anastrazole during the week. I may have even added two extra doses a time or two.
Current numbers drawn Monday at 10:00 am with last injection being 6:00 am the preceding Friday.
Total T: 645 264-916
Free T: 15.3 7.2-24
E2: 33.4 8.0-35.0
DHEA: 75.4 71.6-354.5
PSA: 0.3 0.0-4.0
TSH: 1.95 0.45-4.50
SHBG: 21.5 19.3-76.4
