Defy Medical TRT doctor

Please take a look at my dad's blood work before he starts TRT. Is it safe to start?

When I tried DHEA before TRT, it did lower my testosterone and raised my E2. The more DHEA I used the lower my testosterone went and the higher my estrogen became.
