Pesticides on fruits, vegetables

Good to know. At the gym and don’t really have time to checkout the link, but what’s the cliff notes version? Did it say whether the amount of pesticides were at the same level in the flesh, compared to the peel? Or were they at least less in the flesh?

I already laugh when I see people washing fruit and veggies with water, thinking it’s making a difference, in regards to the pesticides sprayed on them, but now I’m gonna look at them even more ridiculously lol. Washing off dirt I do get tho obv

And let’s not forget all the endogenous pesticides plants produce. Most plant species produce around 2 dozen endogenous pesticides, on average. Cabbage, for example, has 49 endogenous pesticides that it produces

It’s very interesting to me that plants/ veggies are literally trying to kill us, yet so many people in 2024 still think veggies are a super food, when it’s the complete opposite. There’s a reason why babies don’t like veggies, yet u’ll never see a baby not want to suck on a nice piece of steak. Sorry, I digress lol. But thanks again for posting this, definitely helpful. I still eat fruit, but never eat the skin, thinking that’s better, but turns out I should probably shop organic, for fruit, more than I am.

It's more of a technology/methods/physics paper...pilot study...need more money, interesting idea though.
You better get your own garden and animal farm ;)
No need to obsess about it now at my age.
