Peaks and valleys injecting every 3.5 days

Hi everybody,

Has anyone ever quantified the magnitude of peaks and valleys in TT and FT levels when injecting E3.5 days?

I always do my blood testing on injection day, right before my shot. Wondering if there's a way to aproximately calculate my peak, based on those values.

Thanks!

If you're on a good stable program that you like it would be informative to test your T/E/FT and so on, 12-24hrs post injection, just to get a perspective on the otherside of things. I've seen a 24hr high of 1475 before.

Sound advice. Test for peak and trough. I had an enormous variation, much greater than I would have anticipated.

Thanks guys.

Vince Carter, a 1475 high and a low point of...? I know we all respond differently, but just to get an idea of what the variance might be...

I have not found one single published study about PK of T injections following the protocol that many of us use on ExcelMale.com

I assume that our peaks and valleys are a lot smoother. Does our T peaks 1.5 days after injection? No one knows.

If anyone wants to do an experiment testing their TT and FT every day for 7 days with our protocol let me know. I will provide you with a super low cost for the tests for the sake of communal knowledge. Of course, all our livers and metabolisms are different, so a PK curve may differ from person to person.

Also everybody, the magnitude of the swing in levels are greatly dependent upon one's SHBG levels. Guys with low SHBG are going to have a larger difference between peak and trough than guys with mid-range or higher SHBG. Its why a lot of low SHBG guys inject daily or EOD.

My SHBG is usually at mid range, and on a E3.5D protocol (Monday morning and Thursday mid-day injections) I rarely feel any (low) fluctuations in T levels.
The only exception is what I call the "Tuesday effect". On Tuesdays, the day after my Monday injection, I almost always feel great. A great night of sleep (Monday night), great mood in the morning, really positive outlook at life, great energy throughout the day. I guess it's because of the T peaking 24hours after the shot. The funny thing is that I don't get the same effect on Friday (day after my second shot of the week).
Again, overall I feel pretty good on this protocol, but still I can feel that little extra boost on Tuesdays.
