PDE-5 Inhibitors Tachyphylaxis/Tolerance?

I have searched Pubmed using every different variation of the above, and only a few studies pop-up regarding the effects of long-term use and building resistance. Some indicate that the body does not build resistance to PDE-5 inhibitors, while some speculate that is might occur. Some studies suggest that it is the organic factors that worsen, thus requiring a higher dose (i.e., more endothelial damage from lifestyle), not the body building resistance.

So, how long have some of you been using these and have you had to markedly increase the dose to achieve the same effect over time?

Two studies from PeakT's website, but both have many variables:

Alll PDE5i's were designed for long term use. I have never read any clinical studies that indicate that there is a tolerance factor.

I've used Cialis for years with great success.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
