I have been taking 50g of dextrose with my post workout protein for the insulin spike. Thoughts on this as it relates to the above article stating inverse relationship?

The T reduction is only temporary until insulin levels come down after digestion.

Why is it that the highest possible reading that can be preformed is baseline? Most men will only experience that level for a few hours.

Just always wondered about that, however, it's just one of those things that would be impossible to change.
