Opinion on Dexa scan report

here my report of a Dexa scan, does anyone have some knowledge of where or why, hormonally speaking, my Adipose Tissue # is that high? I understand it is not concerning but not optimal, also my Android and Gynoid ratio is not optimal neither, I understand Hormones have lots to do with Fat distribution, so quiet wondering if this could be an indicator of overall excess E2, also for the last 2 years I have been going through some challenges with Thyroid and Adrenals

My diet is clean and I'm not in excess calories, if something I often get a bit calories than needed, Mediterranean style diet with absolute not high GI carbs which they would explain Visceral Fat, plain whole foods 90% of the time

fyi, your name and birthday is visible on the second page.

I have no opinion on why adipose might be high, was your A1C / FBG higher than average?

EDIT: Were you much overweight in the past?

A1C is 5.2 %, what is FBG? I have always been skinny all my life

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
