Hey yall, I’m. 21 yr old college student. I wouldn’t say I’m very fit I’m on the more overweight side (6’ 265) I’ve been taking Reta for a 2 weeks now. First week went well I felt the full effects of it doing 500 mcgs once every 3 days. I’ve now moved up to doing 1mg injection once a week and I don’t really feel th effects of it anymore, my food noise has slowly crept back in and my appetite isn’t that suppressed anymore. When I do eat I focus on mainly fats and protein and try to avoid carbs as I drink every so often. I wanted to know if anyone has advice for me on dosage, lifestyle changes or anything else. Appreciate it!
