NYC Testosterone Doctor recommendation?

I'm looking for a doctor in Manhattan who will see me every few months to review blood work if necessary, and write my testosterone prescription. I'm used to getting a ~90 day supply from my Tampa doctor but I won't be back there for a while. Seems every doctor I have spoken to so far wants me to come see him to be injected which is ridiculous. Can anyone recommend someone? I can't use Defy because my insurance pays for testosterone completely so I need a prescription in-hand.
